Moving between record stores and dance floors, Lo Ds has been playing, collecting, and living electronic music for over a decade. Raised on wax at home and fueled by a deep love for record shops, he’s always searching for local hideouts and dusty bins for his next find. As co-founder of the Bella Tazza collective and a devoted vinyl collector, he channels his character straight into his sound: refined club music with a playful edge. Always balancing finesse and mischief. Inspired in his early years by the sharp futurism of DJ Stingray, the electro roots of The Hague’s west coast, and a wide spectrum of UK sounds, Lo Ds’ selections carry a clear dancefloor sensibility, nowadays leaning more into the 00’s four-to-the-floor territory. His mixing flows steady yet dynamic, blending genres as if they’re meant to be. From crisp tech-house cuts, to progressive shades, and from electro to deep minimal techno cuts, everything is layered, intentional, and delivered in his own refreshing way. His sets might unfold as a carefully built narrative, or flip the switch and turn to straight up filth. With appearances at VBX, Breakfast Club, One Eye Witness and more under his belt, Lo Ds continues to build his distinct style fueled by an everlasting love for collecting and selecting.
